Would you mind just mentioning how many you transfered please.
And any info you care to add, will help us all.
1st cycle 9 fertilized - 2 fresh 2 fet x 4 transfers all BFN.
2nd cycle - 6 fertilized 2 fresh 2 fet x 2 transfers all BFN.
3rd cycle 2 fresh BFP (worst cycle)
4th cycle 4 fertilized 2 fresh BFN 17.12.08

Esther--I've done 4 IVF's and transferred 3-4, 3- or 5-day embies/blasts (and one day 6 morula). I have never had any to freeze. All BFN. 
rashminaidu oh honey - that is very tough going... I totally feel for you... You must be a very patient person, just you keep your eye on the prize... I no lots of girls who have done 5 6 7 cycles and got twins.

I am learning it is better to transfer no later than 3 days, I just lost all mine, they let them go to far. And they destroyed one in the process of ICSI.

The first 3 cycles we transferred 3-day embryos. We always have at least 2 decent looking 7- or 8-celled embies.
On the fourth cycle, our RE (at CCRM) agreed to let us go to 5-day no matter what to see if it might give us more information about our unexplained diagnosis. We wanted to see how they developed. On Day 5, we had 1 blast, 1 morula--transferred both. They called us back the next day and transferred another morula. Because of how slowly the embies developed, our RE's best guess was that it was an egg quality issue.
My feeling is that if they don't make it past 3-day in a dish, they probably won't make it in my womb either, but that's just my sense.
I hope this helps you some and sorry for what you are going through.
rashminaidu - a lady pm me, she had 7 cycles in her experience... got her twins in a low stim cycle, 3 day transfer she thinks they have a better chance in the womb, had statistics showing better results with 3 day transfer.
My little boy was an 8 call 3day tf.
I\'m thinking it has something to do with immunity, I took baby aspirin the cycle it worked for me. She took an antibody steroid she got twins with fresh after 7 cycles of BFN.
I\'m sorry you are going through this too... it is so heart breaking... but hay dont you meet the most incredible woman in the process.
